Contexte
Lokki est une scale-up de 45 personnes qui digitalise la location dʼéquipement (vélos, ski, nautisme, etc.) via un SaaS (getlokki.com) pour les pros, et une marketplace (lokki.rent) pour les particuliers. Notre ambition : rendre les loisirs durables accessibles à tous.
Aujourd’hui, la qualité du produit repose essentiellement sur des tests manuels réalisés par les PM, avec peu de couverture de tests automatisés. La vélocité de l’équipe est affectée par une part importante de bugs (30 % des sprints en moyenne), et les régressions sont fréquentes.
Nous cherchons un renfort QA pour professionnaliser notre approche qualité, construire une base de tests automatisés (notamment E2E), et fiabiliser notre pipeline de release, en soutien des équipes produit et dev.
Cette mission freelance a vocation à poser un socle solide avant un recrutement en CDI, prévu dans la foulée. Le/la freelance pourra participer à l’identification et à l’onboarding du profil en CDI.
L’objectif de la mission
Suite à un audit rapide des pratiques existantes, l’objectif est double :
Structurer une pratique QA de base chez Lokki, en définissant les process, outils et rituels QA nécessaires dans un contexte agile.
Mettre en place une première couverture automatisée sur les parcours critiques, via des tests end-to-end, pour sécuriser les fonctionnalités clés du produit existant (notamment SaaS B2B).
Assurer la QA des nouvelles fonctionnalités clés, en appui des équipes produit et dev, via une approche pragmatique et priorisée.

Profil recherché
Nous recherchons un profil freelance expérimenté (5+ ans) en QA dans un environnement startup / agile, capable de :
Structurer et faire adopter une stratégie QA pragmatique dans un contexte scale-up
Mettre en place une base de tests E2E avec Playwright (ou équivalent)
Prioriser et écrire les cas de tests clés, en lien avec l’équipe produit
Intégrer les tests dans le pipeline CI/CD
Sensibiliser l’équipe dev à l’approche qualité sans ralentir la vélocité
