IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager is needed for a cross-asset trading house. With the rapid growth in profitability, acquisitions and business lines within the organisation, business-focused technology streams are being merged with retail and sales arms of the business with an immense cross over of methodologies, teams/entire organisations quickly becoming apparent that the organisation now needs to be managed at the highest level.

This IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager is centred around IT governance, risk management, compliance oversight, and audit management. This IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager will ensure that IT operations align with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards while maintaining security and efficiency.

As an IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager you will lead regulatory compliance, risk management, and IT auditing. This includes establishing governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulations like GDPR and SOX, conducting internal and external audits, and developing IT policies that balance security with operational efficiency. The role also involves managing data protection, collaborating with legal teams, and aligning IT governance with business strategy

Based in Central LDN

IT Governance & Frameworks, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, IT Auditing & Security Assessments, Cybersecurity & Data Protection

Responsibilities of the IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager include: Governance, risk, and compliance certifications (CISM, CRISC, CGEIT) is a bonus. Strong leadership, risk assessment, and policy development expertise.Experience in legal compliance related to IT governance.
