Réalisez le support pré-closing de la fusion de deux acteurs majeurs de l’industrie via l’alignement des enjeux métier & IT, le cadrage des projets Day-1 & Day-100, l’identification des synergies & la définition d’un modèle opérationnel transitoire.
Gérez la séparation IT d’une entreprise Life Sciences, en définissant & pilotant la stratégie de carve-out et le plan de migration applicatif & infrastructure
Pilotez une Due Diligence technologique dans le cadre d’une acquisition bancaire, pour le compte d’un leader de la distribution de produits et services
Votre profil
Diplôme en Commerce, Ingénierie, ou Université avec intérêt pour transformation d'entreprise et innovation digitale.
3+ ans d'expérience en conseil ou rôles opérationnels dans de grands groupes ; 3-5 ans pour Senior, plus de 5 ans pour Manager, plus de 8 ans pour Director.
Connaissance en IT (TOM, IT Strategy, Cybersecurity, etc.), finance, ou secteurs spécifiques au M&A et digital : due diligence, Day-1 preparation, carve-out, PMI, Stratégie IT, plateformes et architectures digitales, etc.
Bilingue anglais/français, mobile, curieux, et adaptable.
Cherche à contribuer dans un milieu stimulant avec esprit d'équipe, et compétences analytiques.
