Responsibilities
We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy. The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
EU Strategy & Initiatives Manager is expected to contribute to growth by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the livestream business landscape. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and maintaining a strategic business outlook for TikTok LIVE in Europe and driving key growth initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities:
1) Execute initiatives to drive growth within the EU Live Streaming market. This includes identifying new business opportunities and proactively implementing strategies to enhance the scalability of EU Live businesses. Ensure the flawless execution of growth projects for the EU LIVE Team, such as agency strategies.
2) Develop and refine processes and organizational procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity. Ensure that key information is clearly communicated across teams. Act as a crucial liaison between teams in China and the EU, both within and outside the EU LIVE team. Collaborate with executive team members to define and prioritize business strategies, as well as monitor deliverables and results.
3) Assist creators and agencies in their growth by utilizing existing operation data for data analysis and business development assessments, and formulate relevant growth recommendations while implementing operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in guild or streamer operations, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate and collaborate across regions.
- Strong data analysis capabilities, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends that inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborative team player with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve results.
- Previous experience in project management, including the successful execution of strategies and initiatives.
- Highly competitive and motivated by results, with the ability to devise and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Chinese is preferred for communicating with Chinese media/marketing agencies.
