A System Support Engineer is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of an organization’s IT systems and infrastructure.
This role involves supporting and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network systems, ensuring the operational efficiency of IT services. Key Responsibilities:
Regularly monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance, including servers, databases, and applications.
Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions, both hardware and software-related, in a timely manner.
Provide user support and address technical issues reported by internal or external users.
Plan and implement system upgrades, patches, and improvements to ensure security and performance. Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in system support, IT infrastructure management, or a similar technical support role.
