A fast-growing, tech-savvy Bank is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Accountant to support its highly regarded Regulatory Finance team. This team sits at the heart of Finance and plays a critical role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to the regulators.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong prudential reporting background to lead key returns, help drive automation, and support regulatory change initiatives — including preparation for Basel 3.1.

What You'll Be Doing:
Own and lead the preparation of regulatory returns, with a focus on Liquidity, Capital and Statistical reporting
Support Basel 3.1 impact analysis, including identifying data and calculator gaps
Contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives across the team
Assist in the transition to a new regulatory calculation tool
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to improve data inputs and reporting quality
Present Management Information (MI) to senior stakeholders for review and sign-off
Support the production of the annual Pillar 3 disclosure
Get involved in ICAAP, ILAAP, and other key regulatory workstreams as needed

What We're Looking For:
At least 5 years of experience in prudential regulatory reporting (e.g., capital, liquidity, etc)
Strong Excel skills, including experience simplifying or automating existing reporting models
Data-literate, analytical thinker with a strong grasp of financial control environments
Clear communicator – both in written MI and verbal discussions with senior stakeholders
Ability to implement or enhance risk and control frameworks
Bonus points for experience with regulatory calculation engines and coding skills (e.g., Python or similar)
