Job Specifications
Pulse Recruit are seeking an experienced Data Integration specialist (outside IR35) to join a leading London University and play a pivotal role in managing and implementing data schemas, facilitating data migration, and transitioning CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and manage data schemas for various systems and establish data relationships between regulated and unregulated courses.
Lead data migration efforts from Out Systems to Dataverse, ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
Manage the transition of CRM systems
Develop and create BI dashboards and reporting systems that provide actionable insights.
Role Includes:
Implementing CRM best practices while enhancing user experience design and data management.
Conducting analysis and requirements definition to shape CRM strategies.
Collaborating with subject matter experts, product managers, and development teams to gather and document requirements.
Supporting development teams and solution architects during application implementation for seamless integration.
Performing data cleansing and migration activities, along with configuration updates to enhance usability in Dynamics 365.
Developing comprehensive BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Working within an agile environment, utilising methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Facilitating onsite workshops and virtual meetings to gather input and feedback.
Data Management Focus:
Oversee schema definitions and conduct de-duplication and optimisation.
Perform systems analysis, integration, and migration of data while managing user migrations.
Ensure high-quality assessment of data throughout processes.
CRM Application Focus:
Engage in contact lifecycle management and oversee student application processes.
Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms related to fundraising and advancement initiatives.
Required Systems Experience:
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.
Familiarity with Blackbaud CRM or RE7 is advantageous.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data management and integration.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in agile methodologies with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
Proven track record in data migration and system integration efforts.
