Job Description
Pulse Recruit seek a skilled Business Analyst with experience in D365 or Blackbaud CRM

About the Role: In this position, you will be at the forefront of a critical project, focused on data migration and optimisation. Your expertise will help to streamline processes and ensure that organizational needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Dive into an existing database landscape working with approximately 15,000 active queries. Many of these may be outdated, and you will be tasked with quickly assessing their relevance and determining which can be retired.
Forms Simplification: The team currently utilise 270 forms in Online Express (RE7). Your role will be to simplify and rebuild these forms to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Data Migration Management: Oversee the data workstream for a transition from RE7 to Blackbaud CRM. You will be responsible for asking crucial questions such as: "What data needs to be retained online, and what can be moved to alternative data solutions? How often do teams need access to this data, and under what circumstances?
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and ensure their data needs are fully understood and met throughout the migration process.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, especially in projects involving D365 or Blackbaud CRM.
Strong data migration and reporting skills, with the ability to extract insights that drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, ensuring all team members and stakeholders are aligned with project goals.
Familiarity with Online Express (RE7) is a plus.

Day Rate - £425-450 (outside IR35)

Integration and Collaborations Manager
Job Description
Pulse Recruit are seeking a Collaboration and Integrations Services Manager to join a leading university.

This role is for a 6 month contract Inside IR35 and is Hybrid remote

Day Rate: up to £550 per day

Role Overview:
As the Collaboration and Integrations Services Manager, you will report to the Associate Director of Data, Platforms, and Integration Services. Your primary responsibility will be to manage Data Management, Integration, Collaboration, and Identity Access Management technologies across the institution. You will ensure our systems meet operational and compliance needs while responding to the growing demand for effective collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Collaboration and Integration Services team, ensuring high standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
Contribute to and execute the Digital Strategy in alignment with the overall IT and digital strategy.
Oversee the implementation of Agile and DevOps practices to foster collaboration and adaptability within the IT & Digital Services landscape.
Spearhead the development and deployment of Microsoft 365 services, facilitating user adoption and enhancing capabilities.
Identify automation opportunities to drive operational efficiencies and improve service delivery.
Provide expert advice on system integration principles, ensuring thorough testing and documentation of processes.
Elevate identity and access provisioning services while aligning with industry trends to enhance security.

What We’re Looking For:
Extensive experience in managing enterprise integration tools, middleware technologies, and cloud services in complex environments.
Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
