What You'll Do

Be the focal point for testing activities across the Electroverse ecosystem
Examining our processes across our mobile apps, frontend platforms and backend services and ensuring quality is embedded throughout
Champion system testability, collaborating with the development teams to mentor and educate them in good testing practices to improve quality
Contributing to and driving efforts to enhance automated testing coverage
Continuously evaluate and improve automated testing frameworks to ensure they remain effective and efficient
Work as part of an autonomous product team, making EV ownership awesome. Engineers have a real say over what we build and how we approach it.
Implement clear quality principles for all development teams to follow, including our approach to cross-functional requirements such as security & performance

What You'll Have...

A pragmatic approach to balancing quality and delivery in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases for stories & features
An understanding of approaches to building and testing for performance, including testing API performance
Familiarity with source control best practices and continuous integration
An ability to apply your 'test' mindset to exploring and understanding other teammates' perspectives
An ability to collaborate with backend engineers, designers and product owners, and propose creative solutions
Bonus experience (but not required - as long as you're excited at the opportunity to learn!):
Experience with mobile test automation
