About the role
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders and the delivery teams to identify demand and help translate this into automation solutions while streamlining processes for greater efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional development/delivery teams to document end-to-end processes, capture requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories.

Our client is currently looking for a new recruit in joining their team, please read on! You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

The must haves:
Knowledge of Business process mapping, creating as-is and to be end-to-end process mapping.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Using Jira or ADO to create Epics and user stories.
Writing user stories from requirements provided by Stakeholders.
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Interaction with external stakeholders / Customers
Ability to identify and realise improvement opportunities.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Kanban.
2+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst or similar role.
Telecoms experience

Job Description
Overview: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Windows Server Manager to join us on a part-time contract basis (3 days/week) for 3 to 6 months. This role is crucial to maintaining and evolving our server infrastructure to meet the demands of both our internal users and customer-facing systems. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Systems team and other IT professionals, providing strategic input and operational support for critical systems. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the management and maintenance of a robust Windows Server environment, including Hyper-V clusters, Microsoft Exchange, SQL Servers, DNS, and web servers. Oversee IBM V7000 storage systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and capacity planning across the estate. Provide technical leadership and hands-on problem-solving for complex infrastructure issues. Manage a small IT team, fostering best practices, accountability, and ongoing skill development. Support a hybrid service model that ensures high availability for 100+ internal users and critical applications accessed by 2,000+ external users.
