Job Description
Hardware Break fix Technician, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT services and equipment within your assigned Hub site and surrounding spoke sites. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Queue Ticket Management: Manage tickets for the Hub and surrounding spokes, ensuring updates and call management to maintain service levels per contract.
Hub Stock Management: Handle asset management of equipment in/out, scanning items at locations as per contract.
Effective Disposal Management: Manage disposals through the Hub according to contract specifications.
Hardware Repairs: Triage and repair in-warranty hardware, liaising with vendors for parts and returns.
Locker Replenishments: Perform locker replenishments where appropriate, in line with contract requirements.
Service Improvement: Identify and report potential service issues or improvements to the Team Leader.
Process Adherence: Follow agreed processes and procedures from the Authority or Computacenter.
Essential Requirements:
Security Clearance: Must have or be able to gain SC clearance.
Availability: Must join the out-of-hours (OOH) rota and standby.
Driving License: Must have a full clean driving license.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a PC field service or workshop environment.
Hardware Skills: Diagnose, troubleshoot, support, and repair hardware, including complex laptop break/fix repairs.
Training: Accredited or willing to undergo HP & Dell – Desktop and Laptop training.

My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who require an Integration Architect to join a business-critical programme for an end client.

Key Requirements

Proven experience working as an Integration Architect with specific expertise in the cloud (SaaS / PaaS / IaaS / Cloud Native).
Strong experience of managing and delivering complex service integration solutions within time, cost and quality targets.
Expertise in Integration platforms and technologies such as MuleSoft, files (using FTP, SFTP, MoveIT), MQ, CDC, Message Bus, Hub & Spoke and Pub/Sub.
Proven expertise in integration gap and performance analysis and roadmap strategy.
Strong understanding of Lean, Agile and DevOps principles.
Exposure to Relational/Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Developer, Toad, DW, NoSQL Database concepts
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Exposure to various security and data standards.
BPSS eligibility.

Nice To Have

Working closely with senior stakeholders in the team to maximise continuous improvement within the wider organisation, maximising employee engagement through structured improvement programmes & sprint projects, including digitalisation of tools and methods in pursuit of efficiency gains.
Co-ordinating our Quality management actions including audits and evaluations to ensure work is performed to required standards.
A cross-functional steering, influence & reporting role.
