Ideal BA Competencies & Experience:
Insurance Underwriting Processes:Understanding of protection/life underwriting, including the use of medical evidence like GPRs.
Requirements Definition & Analysis:Eliciting, analysing, and documenting requirements, particularly for process outsourcing, vendor system integration, data feeds (structured/unstructured), and AI/automation capabilities.
Process Analysis & Design (As-Is/To-Be):Mapping current manual underwriting/GPR processes and designing efficient future state processes involving external vendors or AI assistance.
Vendor Liaison & Evaluation:Experience interacting with third-party vendors, supporting evaluation/pilot activities, and assessing capabilities against requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement:Effectively collaborating with Underwriting, Operations, IT, Finance, Compliance, and vendor teams.
Data Governance Awareness:Understanding of data privacy considerations (GDPR) and processes like DPIAs, especially when dealing with sensitive medical data and AI.
Benefits Analysis & Business Case Support:Identifying, quantifying (where possible), and validating project benefits (financial and non-financial), and contributing analysis to support business case development.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract Job purpose: You’ll join a team of Credit Controllers, responsible for the coordination of the cash collection, credit control and ledger management. You’ll manage your own ledger, giving you the autonomy to build relationships with Bruntwood customers. What you’ll be doing: Coordinate the collection of all cash across your ledger to terms outlined. Calling/Emailing Customers being the front line of communication. Building internal and external relationships. Maintain data integrity across systems. Managing complex customer queries and ensuring they are resolved either directly or with relevant assistance from colleagues. Present debt position to asset managers and internal stakeholders. Collaborating with commercial account managers to resolve customer queries promptly to ensure a seamless cash collection. Producing weekly ledgers to be worked from. Managing relationship with our external legal rep for any escalated cases. About The Climate Data Steering Committee (CDSC) The Climate Data Steering Committee was established in June 2022 by French President Emmanuel Macron and UN Special Envoy Michael Bloomberg to improve access to global climate transition data. The CDSC – which brings together leaders from a diverse set of jurisdictions and relevant international organisations - aims to accelerate and help build a broadly accessible foundation of high-quality climate data critical to supporting the allocation of capital to the net-zero transition. The CDSC has set out a blueprint for the development of a Net-Zero Data Public Utility (NZDPU) as a global, centralized, open repository for private sector climate transition-related data, that is freely available to all stakeholders helping to accelerate efforts to direct capital to low- or zero-carbon investments. The CDSC oversees the development of the NZDPU and more generally works to maximize the standardisation and availability of the core corporate-level climate data About The Role We are looking for a self-starting Secretariat Associate with some relevant experience and a strong desire to learn about how to deliver a secretariat function to support an international policy committee. In this exciting role, you would work to support the Secretariat Lead to support the governance, processes and policy initiatives of the CDSC, in close collaboration with the team delivering the NZDPU. The role requires someone who has some understanding of climate data or disclosure issues, or of wider relevant policy, and who is willing to dig in and upskill on these important topics. It requires excellent organisational and communication skills. We'll Trust You To Support the management of governance, membership and wider processes for the CDSC effectively, ensuring that we work strategically and systematically to deliver on a forward strategy to improve climate transition data disclosures not least by ensuring the success of the NZDPU; Support the running of the annual schedule of CDSC Principals and Delegates meetings, ensuring these are scheduled in a timely manner, materials for the meetings are prepared and circulated well in advance and that we record, communicate and progress decisions made by the Committee appropriately and effectively; Support the Chair of the CDSC and other Leaders by preparing briefings for formal CDSC meetings and events, bilateral engagements and on governance, membership and policy issues arising; Maintain a high degree of literacy on the wide range of policy and technical issues arising from climate transition data and disclosures at the international level and in key jurisdictions, communicate on these to the wider team and develop and promote solutions; Develop and maintain effective relationships across the institutions and jurisdictions represented on the CDSC and beyond to support the work of the CDSC and the development of strategic partnerships. Stay informed on and communicate key developments or initiatives across the team.
