About The Role

What will I be doing?

As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be supporting the Regional Customer Hub to provide excellent customer service to our current client base.
This will involve on boarding new customers as well and being the first point of contact on the phone and via email, handling general requests, resolving queries and when required carrying out account review.
Our aim is to provide the best possible experience for all of our customers, keeping them informed, engaged and maintain proactive relationships.

What are the requirements?

Previous administration experience, with the ability to create and maintain positive customer levels whilst managing expectations
Professional, confident and efficient, with excellent communication skills and a passion for putting our customers first.
Resolving customer problems promptly, whilst proactively promoting customer loyalty through account reviews and retaining existing accounts.
A true team player, with the ability to be flexible, support and collaborate with the team where necessary.
