Nous Recherchons Un Ingénieur Valorisation Energétique (F/H) En CDD Pour Notre Nouvelle Usine CSR Biosteam Située à Gonfreville L’Orcher En Normandie. Vous Contribuerez à Sa Mise En Place Opérationnelle Et Expérimenterez Au Quotidien Le Management D’équipe En Binôme Avec Le Responsable Du Site. V Ous Menez Des Missions à La Fois Opérationnelles Et Techniques Afin D'assurer Le Bon Fonctionnement Des Installations Des Usines Et Optimiser Leur Performance

- Analyser et optimiser les processus de valorisation énergétique
- Collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires
- Pilotage de la performance technique
- Analyses des procédés (traitement des fumées, traitement des eaux, cycle eau/vapeur, four, chaudière…)
Participer à la mise en œuvre de projets visant à améliorer l’efficacité énergétique
- Contribuer à la recherche et à l’innovation dans le domaine de la valorisation des déchets et définition de plans d’action

VOTRE PROFIL

Diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent dans le domaine de l’énergie, de l’environnement ou des sciences appliquées ainsi qu’une première expérience (stage, alternance) en milieu industriel.
Esprit d’analyse, fibre managériale, créativité et capacité à travailler en équipe.
Motivation à apprendre et à relever des défis dans un secteur en pleine évolution.

About The Role

What will I be doing?

You will operate the site's weighbridge system, controlling all entries into/out of the site, maintaining the site diary and ensuring an organised office at all times.

You Will

Assist with general administrative duties, such as; answering phones and directing calls.
Carry out inductions for visitors to the site.
Ensure that anyone going onto the site is provided with the appropriate protective equipment.
Complete appropriate documentation, in accordance with legal guidelines.
Ensure that all SUEZ Health and Safety policies are followed, at all times.
Communicate effectively with the team.
To deliver outstanding front-line customer service

VOTRE MISSION

Au sein d’une équipe de chargés de performance et en étroite collaboration avec les attachés d’exploitation et le service commercial, l’analyste de données a pour missions d'élaborer les outils d'aide à la décisions, de suivre les indicateurs de performance d ensemble des contrats et de produire différents bilans ou indicateurs permettant une adaptation des moyens humains et matériels adaptés aux objectifs fixés. En complément, celui ci sera chargé d'accompagner les exploitations sur le pilotage de la performance opérationnelle allant jusqu'au suivi et l'analyse de l'empreinte carbone du service et la mesure des externalités positives sur l'ensemble du périmètre agence.

Dans Ce Cadre Vous Assurerez Les Missions Suivantes

Programmer en lien avec les attachés d’exploitation, les tournées et ajuster en temps réel leur déroulement selon les besoins.
Planifier et construire les tournées en prenant en compte les ressources humaines et matérielles.
Organiser les tournées dans un souci permanent de maîtrise des coûts tout en prenant en compte les contraintes internes et externes et en respectant les temps de référence définis.
Réceptionner les demandes clients et s’assurer de leur conformité.
Etre garant du respect des délais de réalisation des prestations, et s’assurer que le client soit informé en temps réel de l’état d’avancement des prestations commandées.
Informer le service commercial en cas d’évolution des prestations afin d’ajuster le contrat au plus près des besoins clients.

Are you an experienced Head of Technology Security and Infrastructure?

We are looking for Head of Technology Security and Infrastructure specialist to strategically and tactically lead the infrastructure and security teams of Suez R&R UK.

To lead, plan, organise and manage teams to ensure the delivery of a stable and progressive technical foundation for all the systems and services of SUEZ UK that is also safe and secure. Utilising the best fit of cloud and on premise, underpinned by a future fit network, able to deliver the performance and security requirements of the organisation aligned to relevant group and legislative standards.

The salary for this role is £80,019 - £93,861, benefits include company car or car allowance (£10,401.52 - £11,508.88 per annum), 20% annual bonus, 25 days holiday and 10% employer contribution pension.

About The Role

What will you be doing?

Build a strategic supplier base that delivers value for money and enables SUEZ to make best use of progressive technologies

To simplify the technical estate including, but not limited to, vendors, diversity of hardware and associated systems

Be responsible for the procurement activity associated with all purchases in the security and infrastructure area

Working closely with the Head of Digital and Architecture and The Head of Business Partnerships, build a roadmap that underpins the business ambition and deals with legacy and emergent risk

Support team members’ development removing Single Points of Failure (SPOF’s) and making use of third party resource as necessary to bolster capacity.

What are the requirements?

Extensive experience of leading IT security in a multi-site environment with OT elements

A Computer Science Degree (or other relevant subject) or equivalent professional experience

CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)

Microsoft Certifications And/or Network Qualifications

ITIL Foundation

An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft systems and operating systems

An understanding of the practical implementation of SD WAN and its principles

Knowledge of Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus and/or the NIS Directive and the successful implementation of these in an industrial or service setting

An practical understanding of ISO 27001 and project management principles

Excellent budget and cost management skills across both Opex and Capex

A collaborative team player with a positive attitude to meeting and exceeding business demands

Experienced in Cloud Migrations, the use of SaaS and PaaS and the effective management of these in a complex, multi-vendor estate

Experienced at providing infrastructure platforms for complex, multisite environments with a mix of operation and traditional technologies
