Summary:
The role focuses on providing essential support within the Markets Application Production Services (MAPS) organization, specifically for FICC traders using the Brisk Intraday Risk & PNL platform.
Main Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for intraday risk issues in FICC.
Troubleshoot end-to-end trade flows and market data updates.
Facilitate onboarding support for new business lines and workflows.
Cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders and other teams.
Identify and resolve recurring problems proactively.
Manage incidents and problems effectively.
Oversee event management, including monitoring and alert life cycle management.
Enhance monitoring processes and technical methodologies.
Manage capacity, performance, and resiliency.
Lead tool development and in-house projects.
Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication.
Maintain knowledge management practices.
Key Requirements:
Hands-on experience in support for Front Office trading desks.
Experience working on risk platforms
Business knowledge of Fixed Income products.
Proficiency in market data flows.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and ITRS Geneos.
Strong knowledge of Unix, SQL, Python, and ITIL methodologies.
Familiarity with grid computing concepts.
