As a Business Support Engineer, you will provide integration support through Cloud-Based APIs to our Business Partners, enabling them to connect with a variety of users around the world. You will troubleshoot technical issues in real-time, manage technical relationships with partners, and communicate partner needs to the product team. You will also write production code to improve our internal tooling and products, create and maintain informative content and documentation, and provide 24x7 on-call support coverage. Job Description
New contract demand for 2 IT Support Engineer's (2nd Line Desktop Support) to work for one of our Edinburgh based Service Provider clients. The roles will be fully remote and on a 3 month rolling contracts. You will be joining a dedicated project to help t he client move to Microsoft Teams from Zoom which will involve project and BAU work. The day to day tasks will involve Troubleshooting, Incident Management, Reporting in line with a general 2nd line support desktop role. Although the role is remote, the ask would be someone based in Scotland as there will be occasional team meetings on-site.

Experience with Change control for processes

Maintain and expand expert knowledge on all aspects of Information Security, IT Risk management, and the security posture adopted.
