Overview:
A leading financial market firm is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a SaaS implementation project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a solid understanding of business processes and technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements, including regulatory, compliance, performance, and security needs.
Process Analysis: Define processes, conduct GAP analysis, and align business and technical objectives.
Documentation: Prepare clear documentation, including workflows and technical requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.
Solution Design & Implementation: Support the design and execution of SaaS solutions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions meet quality standards and address user needs.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
Training & Support: Provide end-user training and ongoing support post-implementation.
