Looking for a SCRUM Master with exposure to full development life cycle, test driven development (TDD)
You will have a strong experience delivering projects using Agilemethodologies, and have solid people management experience. You will ideally be a SCRUM master, and have come from a development management backgroundand delivered N-Tier architecture projects in a Financial Services setting Experience in a DevOpsenvironment would be highly beneficial as would experience in Banking and Digital applications.
Any experience inmaturing a product landscape and mentoring others would be highly desirable. Must have strong 3rd party management skills. You will have been expected to come up through a development career path but once again that is not essential. A good understanding of Target Operating Modelswould be ideal, but not essential. In return you have a great career path mapped out for a company that that is transforming. Must have Financial Services experience ideally Wealth/Investment Management.
You would be expected to be in the office at least 1 day a week and can be based in LondonorLiverpool
