Role: Project Support Officer - Laptop Deployment
Rate: £350/day (Inside IR35)
Length: 6 months
Location - Southwark (5 days onsite)
Start: Immediate starter
I am currently looking for a Project Support Officer join an IT Services company who support the infrastructure development and project management of 3 London Boroughs.
The project is a Laptop Deployment piece expected to rollout over an initial 6 months and in this time, you'll be ensuring any issues are addressed, maintain detailed records of the process including any issues and how these were resolved.
You'll be responsible for supporting the Project Manager and ensuring the project is running smoothly. You'll handle various admin tasks, co-ordinate with different teams and ensure all documentation is up to date!
Skills needed -
Previous project support experience
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in overseeing and monitoring consistent document management standards across the service, manage system permissions for document management
Experience of working within Councils would be very beneficial
