Job Specifications
Role
Set up and optimise Qualys scanners, agents and cloud connectors to ensure comprehensive coverage across networks and cloud environments.
Conduct vulnerability assessments, analyse scan results and generate actionable reports to guide remediation efforts.
Develop automated playbooks and integrate Qualys with other security tools to streamline detection and remediation processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Qualys solutions into existing workflows and systems.
Skills
Proficiency in deploying and managing Qualys solutions, including scanner configuration and web application scanning.
Strong troubleshooting abilities to resolve issues related to Qualys deployment and operation.
Experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to manage projects independently.
Qualys certifications is desirable

Experience with a broad range of cloud services. Automation Strong scripting skills and automation using tools like Ansible. Continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline knowledge. Strong IAC Advanced use of IAC tools and best practices. Able to design and implement complex infrastructure. Security Knowledge Knowledge of cloud security best practices. Familiarity and competency with Identity and Access Management (IAM). Troubleshooting And Debugging Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Experience In Incident Response.
