Are you an enthusiastic leader with a passion for kitchenware? ProCook, the UK's fastest growing kitchenware retailer, is on the lookout for a talented Store Manager to take charge of our Hereford Store.
This is a new store opening in Hereford in May.
Your Role:
In the role of Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an engaging atmosphere for our customers while leading your team to deliver exceptional service. You'll ensure our store runs smoothly and efficiently, driving sales and enhancing the ProCook brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster a customer-first environment that encourages excellent service
Lead and develop a high-performing team
Supervise daily store operations to meet and exceed sales targets
Manage inventory and maintain visual merchandising standards

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role

Proficient in analysing sales and managing inventory
