Main Functions
The Mechanical Lead supervises a team of mechanical engineers, ensuring the design, development, and testing of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery. They ensure work meets company specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements, and facilitate effective communication and execution of engineering tasks.

Tasks and Responsibilities of the Mechanical Lead
Coordinate and facilitate discipline engineering work.
Ensure compliance with company specifications and regulatory requirements.
Review and comment on contractor and subcontractor work.
Manage deviations from technical specifications and maintain logs.
Address engineering queries and technical information requests.
Keep the Lead Engineer or Engineering Manager updated on progress and issues.
Participate in engineering reviews and promote capital efficiency.
Support internal engineering initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria.
Ability to handle tight deadlines and changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English for technical and business communications.

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain cloud and container security governance frameworks for multi-cloud environment including Microsoft Azure, GCP and Kubernetes. Develop and evolve Cloud and Container Security reference architecture and security capabilities roadmaps.
