Exciting Project Leadership Opportunity – 18 Month Fixed Term Contract
A forward-thinking organisation is seeking a skilled and motivated project lead to oversee the successful delivery of a major systems implementation.

Contract: 18-month Fixed Term
Location: Hybrid – Split between Glasgow City Centre office and home working
Salary: Up to £41,964 – £48,465

In this role, you will:

Lead the scoping and procurement phases, ensuring clear system requirements and a detailed product specification are in place.
Support the Project Team in identifying key success measures and develop a project plan that enables effective progress tracking.
Manage and document the project plan, ensuring governance, audit, and KPI requirements are met and reported to relevant oversight committees.
Oversee supplier contracts, ensuring the allocation of consultancy time and support commitments match project needs and timelines.
Challenge and guide the team to review and enhance processes, ensuring optimal use of the new system.
Coordinate detailed workshops during the configuration stage, ensuring alignment with institutional requirements and a clear understanding among stakeholders.
