A boutique, multi-strategy hedge fund, with a sizeable AUM are looking to make a newly created London based middle office hire.
Reporting into the HOO, but with a dotted line into the COO, the hire will have a broad remit covering P&L, NAV, trade valuations & pricing, trade bookings, risk reporting, performance analytics, reconciliations oversight & corporate actions.
A hire that has advanced tech skills will be encouraged to take on process improvement projects using their own initiative – there is an opportunity for the hire to make a huge impact.
The ideal candidate will have 5yrs+ experience, from either an operations / trade support or fund accounting / fund administration background.
The role can offer the hire an attractive increase on current base salary. The year-one projected total comp is £100-125k, with the variable dependant on performance.
Whilst this is ideally a 5 day office role, there is flexibility to WFH when required.
