Role Summary

The FP&A analyst, International O&T (Operations & Technology) role reports to the Senior Finance Manager, International O&T. This role will be responsible for supporting planning process, financial management & managing all operational finance for the following O&T departments: Real Estate, Workplace, Security, EHS & IT Engineering groups. This position will be participating in the strategic projects discussion as well as tracking a consistent financial framework across all O&T projects.

Responsibilities

FP&A

Support O&T & IT stakeholders, Finance Director & Senior Finance Manager in all planning process. This includes LRP, Budget, Monthly Ops Review Pack, Monthly Pacing & Quarterly Estimate.
Support Senior Finance Manager for O&T consolidation & reporting in Essbase
Assist to prepare monthly deck update for review with business leaders
Track monthly spending, To-go & generate T&E reports
Finance support to business for cost analysis, including meaningful variance walk analysis & scenarios/options financial analysis
Assist Senior Finance Manager in rent, facilities & IT allocation calculation and work with controller for year end true-ups (if any)
Assist finance manager in managing risks and opportunities & reporting

Real Estate &Workplace Capex Projects

Work with project & controllership team to create profit centre, project code and purchasing group in the system post project sign off
Work with project managers, project analyst & finance counterpart on tracking & reconciling projects cost. Follow up on purchase orders creation, invoices receipt and payments for capex recognition
Monthly capex report preparation (weekly during year-end) of actual vs LE vs budget
Timesheet Management including liquidation to Capital projects

Operational Finance

Work with controllership team to run monthly, quarterly & year end closing i.e business allocations & recharges
Work with controllership team to ensure bookings are accurate, informed and timely and all allocations are reconciled
Point of contact & guiding intern on Purchase orders creation & troubleshoot issues
Level 2 (after P2P) Purchase Order / CAM/ SAP support for O&T group
Assist controllership team in audit queries

Finance Projects

Support in executing process & workflow simplification
Support in implementation of systems/ process/workflow that benefit O&T

Qualifications

Desired Characteristics:

Finance / Accounting Degree
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, BPC
Attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data in SAP, excel, other financial systems (BPC & Essbase)
Ability to adapt and work well in a fast-paced, results-oriented and rapidly changing environment
Strong interpersonal skills, great team player
Demonstrated ability to deliver on multiple assignments, meet tight deadlines, be effective and decisive under pressure
