Senior .Net Developer – (Contract – Outside IR35)
Rate: £450 Outside IR35
Arrangement: Hybrid - Occasional Monthly Visits (Berkshire Area)
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .Net Developer with deep expertise in building robust, scalable applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about software design, proficient in .Net Core, and brings a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using .Net Core 6 and C#.
Implement data models and persistence with Entity Framework and PostgreSQL.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate Ember.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for a seamless user experience.
Work within an Azure environment, utilizing cloud services to optimize performance and scalability.
Employ CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and integration for production and non-production environments.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to best practices, including code reviews, TDD, and pair programming.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Mentor junior developers and assist in improving team development processes.
Must-Have:
5+ years of experience as a .Net Developer with a focus on .Net Core.
Proficiency in C# and Entity Framework.
Experience with Ember.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end integration.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline tools and processes.
Solid understanding of cloud environments, specifically Azure.
Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL.

This is a role where you will work on one of our latest projects that is using the latest event driven AWS technologies. As a Senior Cloud Developer/Engineer, you will work to deliver changes on an AWS Cloud platform that includes AWS Athena/S3, DevOps tools such as AWS CDK, Docker, Python Back End, Lambda functions and cloud tools like CloudWatch.
