IT Project Coordinators - 2-Month Contract

Pay Rate: £150 to 160 per day
We are currently seeking multiple IT Project Coordinators to join our client's team based in Reading on a 2-month contract. These roles are fully office-based and require candidates who are proactive, highly organised, and confident supporting complex IT projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide coordination and administrative support across a range of ongoing IT projects
Work closely with Project Managers to track project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure key milestones are met
Organise and support meetings, including minute-taking and following up on action items
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and alignment
Maintain project governance documents including plans, risk registers, issue logs, and reporting templates
Support procurement, budgeting, and invoice tracking as required
Ensure adherence to internal project and compliance frameworks
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a Project Coordinator or similar PMO support role within an IT environment
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure in a structured, deadline-driven environment
Available to start immediately and work Full time onsite in Reading
