I am working with a public sector regulator looking to recruit 4 policy managers on a fixed term basis for 6 months. The roles are based in Birmingham or London. The likelihood of extension and permanent roles is very high but can not be promised.
What we are looking for
Experience of leading high profile policy projects, using robust project management techniques to develop and implement a range of approaches to policy problems.
Understanding of the regulatory context and how this shapes approaches to regulation in the legal sector
Ability to build influential relationships with senior level internal and external stakeholders
A strong decision maker, with ability to produce practical and clear conclusions to complex issues.
Ability to produce a range of documents to an exceptional standard, including board papers and consultations documents
Ability to work at pace to challenging deadlines, juggling a number of competing priorities
