Job Description: This public sector organisation are looking for a Workday Consultant with a deep understanding of the technical and functional aspects of the Workday platform, with deep experience in implementing Workday for HCM (Human Capital Management) and Finance functions.
This role is specifically focused on providing guidance at the early 'discovery' stage of a new Workday implementation. The consultant will leverage their deep Workday expertise to map high-level business requirements to the Workday platform functionality, identifying the technical requirements and challenges, together with recommended options to resolve.
This role will encompass both business and technical domains and will require the role holder to have experience of senior stakeholder management, preferably in a consulting or advisory context.
Experience Required:-
Core: 5+ years' experience working with Workday HCM solutions (particularly Core HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Payroll).
Core: 5+ years' experienceworking with Workday Finance
Core: Strong technical backgroundwith experience in Workday Integrations, Data Migration, Security, System Architecture, and Customisations.
Significant knowledge of Workday functional areas, particularly Core HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Payroll.
Ideally previous experience working in greenfield implementationsand navigating challenges related to system integrations.
Workday Certification(e.g., Workday HCM, Finance, Workday Integration).
Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Web Services (WWS), and Workday Cloud Connect.
Deep understanding of Finance system architectureand how it relates to HCM processes and business needs.

Job Description: Morgan Hunt are working with a client in the Inverness area to recruit a helpdesk technician on a contract basis.

The main responsibilities of the role include:
Logging any ICT incidents, Problems and Changes ensuring that they are progressed in accordance with defined processes.
Supporting users through digital transformation processes and services.
Documenting knowledge articles to support the wider department.
1st Line support of technologies such as AVD / VMWare / Networking / Microsoft Office.
Escalating complex issues to ICT Systems Engineer.
Ordering, asset managing, building and installing a broad range of ICT Hardware and Software.
Administering Office 365, Exchange and other ICT systems as required.
Logging support requests with 3rd party suppliers ensuring the correct details are passed to the support team, seeing updates as required.
Issuing and setting up of Mobile Phones.

This role would be suitable for someone who has recently graduated, or is in the early stages of their IT career.
£150 Per Day Umbrella
6-9 months contract
