Senior Java Developer – RetailTech Market Leader
Location – Onsite in Hertford
Salary - £65-85,000 + benefits


We have been partnered with the UK’s top retail software provider since the beginning of their journey and I am pleased to continue our partnership as they look to further expand their Hertfordshire-based team with multiple Senior Java Developers.

With over a decade of expertise, they have established themselves as leaders in the industry, forming significant partnerships with renowned names such as Harrods, Klarna, Frazer’s Group, Tottenham Hotspur and Sports Direct.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Java Developer to join the team as you will have significant autonomy and ownership over your projects, while also enjoying the opportunity to learn from some incredibly smart engineers, including ex-Google developers!

As a Senior Java Developer, you will:

Have 5+ years commercial experience developing with Java
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
Cloud hosting e.g. AWS
Containerisation e.g. Docker, Kubernetes
Build tools e.g. Maven, Gradle
Working knowledge of XML or JSON
Working knowledge of at least one J2EE container e.g. Tomcat
Bonus: frontend experience such as React, Angular, Vue
