Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML), with expertise in crafting and reviewing production-grade Python code.
Fluency in Korean is essential. Proficiency in other Asian or European languages is a plus.
Strong knowledge of ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and practical implementation of ML algorithms at a large scale.
Experience in building applications with large language models (LLMs) and leveraging them to enhance AI solutions.
Experience with distributed, high throughput, and low latency architectures.
Proficiency in software development using containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and frameworks/tools like FastAPI, Uvicorn.
Desirable
Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools and Cloud Deployment processes.
Understanding of end-to-end application development using a full-stack approach is beneficial.
Experience in the P&C insurance industry is advantageous.
Preferred experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Azure Cosmos DB.
