This is a mid-level role, ideally 3-8 years experience and would suit a DevOps Engineer who has a background working in an on-prem Linux environment.
You’ll be joining a quant-focused hedge fund at a key stage of growth as they expand their Linux on-premise and AWS environments across multiple business units, including low-latency trading.
You’ll bridge physical infrastructure with modern cloud-native tooling whilst driving automation using IaC best practices.
You’ll ideally have strong experience using Terraform, Kubernetes and Ansible, champion IaC principles and have a background deploying CI/CD pipelines to streamline infrastructure deployments.
Fully on-site initially, 4x days per week after probation.
The fund operates more in line with a fintech as opposed to an established hedge fund.
It’s a 250-headcount business, things move fast here. There is limited red tape and engineers are empowered to make decisions and help to implement change.
