The Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional Senior Cloud & Kubernetes Engineer to drive innovation in our digital research environments. This pivotal role will shape the architecture and deployment of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure that directly supports critical healthcare research and operations. You will work as part of a large multi-disciplinary team of infrastructure engineers, research software engineers, data engineers and governance specialists to accelerate the development of our regional analytics infrastructure. Your Impact
As our technical subject matter expert, you'll:
Lead the design and implementation of containerized solutions using Kubernetes and cloud services
Provide architectural guidance and troubleshooting for mission-critical infrastructure
Develop strategic cloud infrastructure plans aligned with healthcare compliance requirements
Integrate DevOps principles through tools like Terraform, ArgoCD and/or FluxCD
Mentor team members and elevate our technical capabilities
Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance system performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency

Deep expertise in Kubernetes orchestration and cloud platforms (particularly Azure)
Strong background in Infrastructure as Code and automation
Experience in software development for cloud environments
