Wow! One of the Globe’s most subscribed media platforms is looking for an End User Support Analyst (1st and 2nd Line Support - Apple Mac Environment) to join their expanding team in Glasgow, Scotland.
As an End User Support Analyst you will be involved in supporting end users through both phone and desk-side assistance through queries and service requests. You will use ITIL methodologies providing an efficient Help/Service Desk support to this Company.
This End User Support Analyst position will pay a starting annual salary up to £35,000 and offers a Company bonus and benefits. Whilst there is some flexibility, onsite attendance at the Glasgow office is required.
The successful End User Support Analyst will need the following technology experience:
Experience providing support for both Windows and Mac environments.
A background working on ITIL methods.
Experience working both on Telephone and Desk side for support.
Used management tools Active Directory and SCCM.
Bonus points for any experience around Cisco Unified Communication Solutions & Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
