Pre-sales Solution Consultant for Enterprise Omnichannel Verticals

The payment solutions used in the omnichannel vertical segments are rather complex, which requires a strong involvement of pre-sales consultants to design and describe the best payment solution for the merchants, integrators and resellers in these segments, including the self-service, petrol/energy, hospitality and travel markets.

For the different segments in the omnichannel Verticals, we are looking for an experienced Solution Manager/ Customer Consultant/ Presales consultant who will deal with the direct and indirect Enterprise customers, together with sales, to assist them in determining the best solution out of the Worldline portfolio.

Role

Responsible for the initiation and promotion of end-to-end solutions for the omnichannel vertical segments dealing with international customers (Self-Service, Petrol/ Energy, Transport, Travel and Hospitality)
The solutions should be defined using the different products and components of the Worldline target portfolio, including future roadmaps.
Direct support of Sales for specific customer requests in a complex and international environment. This also involves direct customer contacts.
You contribute to responses for proposals and tenders covering some of the technical aspects of our solutions.
Towards sales, you are a soundboard to quickly and ad-hoc evaluate and challenge client opportunities prior to involve other parts of the organization
You will create and deliver a business solution document describing the customer environment, the customer request and the proposed solution. This solution document will serve as input for management to decide on the offering and for operational teams to understand the context of the solution
You explain and demonstrate some of the technical aspects of our solutions to our Customers.
You verify that the complete end-to-end solution, including support, logistics, contracts, ... is available before offering
Organize the knowledge transfer to ensure the optimal positioning of the end-to-end solutions in the market
You will support the different migration initiatives from existing platforms to the target platforms, analyzing the specific customer set-up and determine which kind of technical support is needed from the operational departments
Optimize processes and procedures for end-to-end solutions, and align with all departments involved (products, operations, legal, pricing, ..)
Close cooperation with product departments for the continuous improvements of the product portfolio

Profile

You can grasp complex technical problems and propose solutions that meet our customers’ needs, liaising with the internal product, project, delivery and support stakeholders.
You have an in-depth know-how of the electronic payment industry in Europe, covering all the aspects of the payment value chain (terminals, acceptance, PSP, processing, acquiring, issuing) relevant for the omnichannel vertical segments
Hands on experience with the different products of Worldline is a great advantage (different unattended terminals, Axis, EP2; CTAP, WLP/FO, iPass, GoPay, CSACT, WL acquiring, …)
Fluent in English and Dutch, other European languages are an extra advantage
Analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as high problem solving and change competences
Conceptual design and development of future-oriented solutions and portfolio strategies
The candidate needs to be highly autonomous and will work in close cooperation with different departments
