Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Senior Data Analyst pour rejoindre nos équipes.
Ce que vous allez faire :
Définir, construire et optimiser les tableaux de bord de reporting et permettre à chaque unité commerciale de suivre ses performances et de piloter la prise de décision ;
Prendre l'initiative de mener des analyses stratégiques pour identifier les leviers à fort potentiel de croissance et les suggérer aux chefs de projet concernés pour mise en œuvre ;
Aider l'équipe opérationnelle à optimiser ses tâches quotidiennes pour faire de Lydia une plateforme de paiement sûre, efficace et centrée sur le client ;
Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de nos produits de données en garantissant la fiabilité et la cohérence de toutes les données que nous collectons.

Stockage et traitement des données : Big Query / Maria DB
Transformation : Airflow
Outil BI : Metabase
Vous êtes au bon endroit si :
Vous êtes diplômé d’une école de commerce ou d’ingénieur ;
Vous avez une expérience significative d’au moins 3 ans en Data Analytics, de préférence dans un environnement start-up ;
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement SQL et les outils de Dataviz ;
Vous avez de solides compétences analytiques et aimez résoudre des problèmes ;
Vous êtes désireux d'apprendre et de développer votre expertise en matière de données dans un environnement stimulant ;
Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et avez le sens du détail ;
Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et d’excellentes aptitudes relationnelles pour travailler avec plusieurs métiers de l’entreprise ;
Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais ;
Vous êtes à l’aise sur Excel et les outils de bureautiques classiques.
