We are recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel Channel, based in Brussels, Belgium to join our Global Legal Team and provide legal and compliance support to our Benelux operations. How You Will Contribute
As a Senior Legal Counsel Channel, you will deliver legal, regulatory, and compliance services, acting as a key business partner to provide strategic support and advice. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and reviewing contracts and terms and conditions, supporting negotiations
Preparing templates
Providing claims support and overseeing litigations
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and Group policies
Providing training and facilitating our compliance programs
Monitoring and implementing regulatory requirements
Offering other local legal support as reasonably required by Legal Management

Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable working in a digital environment, passionate about social justice and sustainability, and eager to work in an international company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in an in-house environment and be able to work proactively with business stakeholders to identify and analyze critical business issues, applying legal expertise to deliver solutions.
Qualifications
Fully qualified lawyer authorized to practice in Belgium or the Netherlands with a Master of Laws degree or equivalent
At least seven 7 years' relevant PQE in commercial law, focusing on indirect/channel/reseller business, preferably in the Hi-tech, Oil & Energy, Construction, or Renewables & Environment sectors
Fluent in English and Dutch or French with excellent technological skills
Confident with fantastic interpersonal skills, commercially minded, highly organized, and able to work effectively in teams
Able to work independently and manage large volumes of work

Grâce à cette centrale ultramoderne, alliée des énergies renouvelables, Luminus poursuit la transition énergétique et contribue à assurer la sécurité d'approvisionnement de la Belgique. 35 personnes seront responsables de la maintenance et de l'exploitation de la centrale à cycle combiné Seraing 2.0., l’une des plus puissantes (870 MW) et des plus efficaces (rendement de 63%) d'Europe !
