About the role:

As a Senior Front-End or Full-Stack Engineer, you will join a collaborative and returner-friendly engineering team. This fully remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to build meaningful technology in women’s health. You’ll play a key role in developing mobile experiences using React Native and TypeScript, while also contributing to backend functionality (if full-stack), all within a supportive team culture that understands the value of work-life balance.

You’ll be working in an environment built around trust, clear communication, and flexibility, with strong onboarding to support your return to the workforce.

What the role entails:

Building and maintaining mobile app features using React Native and TypeScript
Collaborating with product and design to bring user experiences to life
Writing clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Planning for product growth and future technical flexibility
Contributing to cloud-based backend development (Google Cloud/Firebase) if full-stack
Participating in agile development practices and code reviews
Using Git for version control and collaboration
Working remotely within a culture that supports autonomy and balance

What we’re looking for:

8+ years of professional programming experience
Expertise in React Native and TypeScript for mobile development
Familiarity with Redux
Experience with Google Cloud and Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Functions) or similar platforms
A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on clean, maintainable code
Passion for health tech and purpose-driven work
Strong communication skills and comfort in collaborative, remote teams
