Service Delivery Team Lead – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Location: Hull – Hybrid/Flexible Working
Fixed Term Contract: 12 Months (Maternity Cover)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing the Product & Service Desk teams, ensuring optimal performance and team wellbeing
Leading the delivery and development of SaaS product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business strategy
Managing service desk operations, including incident resolution and change requests
Driving data-led decision-making by refining operational metrics, KPIs, and processes to enhance service delivery
Identifying operational risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them
Introducing and embedding improvements in response to business needs and regulatory changes
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, commercial, and marketing teams
Acting as the bridge between customer needs and product development, ensuring customer-centric enhancements

A strong leader with experience in Service Delivery, Product Support, or Operations Management
Ability to manage and motivate teams, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction
Experience in SaaS product delivery, with a customer-first approach

This role is based in Aberdeen at our client offices in the city centre on decommissioning project work. Experienced in selection and use of, applicable codes, practices, standards and statutory documentation. Competent in the direction and organisation of discipline team within project environment (Small/Medium Sized). Competent in commercial, contractual, and administrative aspects of Engineering.
