Robert Half is seeking a skilled interim junior IT support engineer for a London-based innovation company. This is an initial 3 month contract with the potential to extend.
Role:
Provide 1st line support for staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Manage Apple tech stack (MacOS, iOS devices) and offer basic support for Windows environments if necessary.
Assist in setting up and maintaining user accounts, permissions, and hardware configurations.
Support Office 365 administration, ensuring smooth integration with Apple systems.
Respond to help desk tickets and ensure issues are resolved within SLAs.
Collaborate with the IT team to support network troubleshooting, hardware setup, and security best practices.
Document processes and create user-friendly guides for common issues.
Responsibilities:
Experience in IT support, preferably in a junior or help desk role.
Familiarity with MacOS and iOS systems (desirable).
Basic knowledge of Office 365, Windows 10/11, and network troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical staff.
A proactive attitude, eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Company:
