Vos missions dans ce poste :
Encadrement et Formation,
Encadrer, former et motiver les membres de l'équipe Support Application favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et stimulant,
Assurer le développement des compétences fonctionnelles et techniques,
Supervision du support,
Superviser la résolution des incidents et garantir le respect des SLA,
Coordonner les interventions en cas d'incidents majeurs,
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développements,
Amélioration continue,
Identifier et mettre en oeuvre des actions d'amélioration des processus de support, visant à accroître l'efficacité et la réactivité de l'équipe,
Produire et analyser les indicateurs de performance afin de proposer des plans d'actions pertinents,
Communication et Documentation,
Assurer le suivi et une communication transparente auprès des utilisateurs ou de la direction Métier, renforçant ainsi la confiance et la collaboration,
Assurer le maintien d'une documentation complète et à jour (workflow technico-fonctionnel, procédures de support, etc.),
Maintenir à jour le référentiel applicatif assurant une base de connaissance précise et accessible.

Profil recherché
De formation Bac +5 minimum (école d'ingénieurs ou universitaire), vous avez une expérience significative dans le domaine bancaire, gestion privée et/ou institutionnelle, en maîtrise d'ouvrage ou support opérationnel. Vous maîtrisez les systèmes PMS/CRM, Core Banking System, ainsi que les progiciels SaaS et les outils de gestion de tickets. Vous savez encadrer, former et motiver une équipe, gérer les priorités et coordonner des activités complexes. Vous êtes autonome, avez un bon esprit d'équipe et de solides compétences en communication, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.

Le système de gestion de notre client utilise un logiciel d'assurance (IARD) adapté à ses besoins spécifiques, fonctionnant sur une plateforme AS/400. Ce logiciel est principalement programmé en COBOL avec une base de données DB2. L'entreprise propose également un portail de gestion, développé en Java, pour ses assurés et courtiers. Ce portail interagit avec la base DB2 via un outil appelé SCORT, qui simule l'activité d'un utilisateur pour transmettre les données aux programmes Java. Le logiciel SCORT est devenu un obstacle à l'évolution du portail de gestion. Notre client envisage donc de l'abandonner. Pour cela, il est nécessaire de transformer les programmes COBOL interactifs en programmes COBOL en mode batch. En tant que Développeur Cobol vous aurez pour missions principales de réécrire une version batch d'une vingtaine de programmes COBOL interactifs actuellement appelés par SCORT. Nous recherchons un développeur expérimenté en COBOL natif dans un environnement AS/400. Profil recherché Et si c’était vous ?
