The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic freelance marketing leader to drive our ambitious growth through digital and social channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will develop and execute growth strategies, spearhead customer acquisition initiatives, and drive revenue expansion.
You will be supporting & leading CRM and Paid Social resources as well as devising and executing new growth strategies, in particular harnessing social media opportunities more widely.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company and positioning us as the go-to choice for travellers seeking exceptional, authentic experiences worldwide.
Heads-up (what’s already in place):
Work within an established brand – This role focuses on execution within existing brand guidelines rather than defining the brand identity.
Data-driven website improvements – CRO and website tweaks based on performance data will be passed to our Product & UX team who run UX & UI.
Focus on performance-driven content – You’ll oversee content that drives measurable results, while brand/editorial content falls under the CXO’s remit.
Your Key Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with team to build an end-to-end digital marketing machine for a fast-growing B2C brand
+ Develop a robust, sustainable, and data-driven digital marketing playbook to acquire and convert customers for City Unscripted’s global expansion
+ Lead Social Growth – Drive engagement, acquisition, and brand presence through social media, influencer collaborations, and community engagement

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
+ 5+ years of digital growth experience
+ Significant experience in a similar role within a consumer brand
+ Proven track record in developing and executing social-first growth strategies within a fast-growing B2C business
+ Expertise in targeting and converting US-based consumers
+ Deep understanding of paid digital, CRM, social, influencer, affiliate, search, and organic strategies
