A Marketing Executive who seizes initiative
The business is underpinned by our internal workforce that support the development of our consultant talent, and a key part of that workforce is our global marketing department. With a global team across seven FDM locations, our roles span creative, digital, technology and more traditional marketing skillsets; which at FDM we call the Central Marketing Team.
This role is an initial 12-month FTC, that will work within that UK Central Marketing Team consisting of 5 team members. You’ll report to the Marketing Manager and work alongside two Marketing Executives, all reporting into the Regional Marketing Manager, UK & Ireland.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
Your primary mission is fundamental to our success: generating client leads. In the UK, we work with over 200 clients across a range of sectors but have strong ambitions to continue to grow both existing accounts and acquire new business. The company has recently onboarded the new Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement product to support in this vision and is looking for a Marketing Executive with experience on the platform, or its predecessor, Pardot.
Some of your exciting, everyday opportunities to shine will include:
Campaign management: Plan, create, and execute automated marketing campaigns including segmentation, A/B testing, and lead nurturing workflows.
Lead management & Sales alignment: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and understand lead scoring and grading.
Performance tracking & analytics: Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce to measure ROI, conversion rates, and engagement.
Content & personalisation: Develop dynamic and personalised email templates using variable tags and dynamic content.
Best practices: Train and support marketing and sales teams in using Account Engagement effectively.
