ISV & Reseller Sales Solution Manager | German Speaking
Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for partnerships and channel-driven growth? Do you have the ability to navigate complex sales cycles, build strong partner relationships, and close high-impact deals? If so, this opportunity is for you! Fluency in German is a plus.
The Offer:
Competitive salary of £110,000 - £120,000 pa
Role to start on a 12-month contract.
Hybrid working: Onsite 3 days per week at offices near Kings Cross

What You’ll Do:
Own the partner sales cycle – Drive revenue by closing deals sourced via inbound, outbound, ISVs, resellers, and retail partners.
Strategic partner engagement – Work closely with Channel Sales Managers to optimize partner performance and expand market reach.
Remove roadblocks & accelerate sales – Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless sales process.
Solution-based selling – Work with Solution Architects to address product-related concerns and provide valuable market feedback.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in partnership-driven sales, channel sales, or business development.
Proven track record of closing deals through partners rather than direct sales.
Expertise in solution selling – ability to position value, differentiate offerings, and drive adoption.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience navigating complex sales cycles with ISVs, resellers, and retail networks.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams to drive results.
Solid understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or cloud-based solutions.
Experience working in fast-growth tech environments.
Familiarity with CRM, sales automation tools, and partner management platforms.
Ability to analyze partner performance and optimize go-to-market strategies.
Strong presentation skills – ability to engage C-level stakeholders and influence decision-making.
