Dans le cadre de l’édition de notre solution de Backoffice en Assurances De Personnes , nous souhaitons renforcer nos équipes avec un(e) Technical Leader. Vous intégrez une agence dynamique du bassin ruthénois qui compte plus de 200 collaborateurs. L'agence commercialise ses activités auprès de clients appartenant au marché des Assurances au sein de la BU Industrie et Services.

Votre rôle et vos missions
Ingénieur confirmé en développement de logiciel, vous serez intégré(e) au sein d’une équipe expérimentée sous la responsabilité d’un Chef de Projet en tant que Technical Leader :
Vous mettez en place des éléments de l’architecture applicative
Vous veillez à la bonne mise en œuvre de l’industrialisation du projet
Vous assurez la conformité technique, définissez et vérifiez les standards de qualité
Vous encadrez les juniors et les faites monter en compétence
Vous animez la communauté interne via des présentations et autres évènements
Vous participez à la création et à la présentation de documentations techniques
Vous effectuez des études et recherches techniques sur différents sujets dans l’IT afin d’optimiser les développements, les automatisations en se préoccupant des performances et de la sécurité des environnements cibles de production de nos clients.
Vous êtes formé(e) à nos processus qualité, méthodes et sécurité.
Qualifications
Vous faites preuve de fortes capacités d’adaptation, possédez un excellent relationnel et appréciez le travail en équipe. La maîtrise des concepts de l’IA et de l’intégration continue serait un plus. Vous faites preuve de fortes capacités d’adaptation.
Issu(e) d’une école d’ingénieurs ou d’un Master 2 Universitaire en informatique, ou formation équivalente, vous disposez d’une expérience d’au moins 3 ans de réelle expertise sur les technologies Java/JEE, JavaScript, Angular, Spring, API Rest, Git et Maven et souhaitez évoluer rapidement dans un contexte motivant.
