SOGEA Maroc recrute un ingénieur travaux bâtiment confirmé qui aura pour mission de planifier, organiser et coordonner la réalisation des chantiers ou périmètres de chantier dans le respect des règles de sécurité et de qualité et dans l'objectif de satisfaction des clients.

Vos Principales Missions Seront

Définir le besoin en ressources et matériel, préparation des budgets, établissement des plannings de réalisation en fonction des données d'entrée
Superviser l'avancement des chantiers, effectuer un suivi budgétaire, contrôler l'affectation des ressources et l'approvisionnement en matériel
Coordonner l'intervention des différentes parties-prenantes (sous-traitants, qualité, HSE…) et assurer la relation avec les maîtres d'ouvrages / maîtres d'œuvre
Encadrer et coordonner les différents responsables d'équipes affectées aux chantiers ou aux périmètres de chantiers
Piloter et coordonner l'ensemble du processus contractuel et administratif relatif aux chantiers
Etablir et superviser le déploiement des plans d'Assurance QHSE, identifier les non-conformités et écarts, et définir les actions correctives
Suivre la mise en œuvre des différents modes constructifs et identifier les solutions d'optimisation
Monitorer la montée en compétence et le niveau de performance de ses collaborateurs

Vous êtes diplômé d'une école d'ingénieur en GCI ou bâtiment, avec une expérience de 3 ans au minimum sur des projets de construction bâtiment (Résidentiels, université, hôtels)
