Job title: ServiceNow Technical Architect
Rate: £500

Role description: We need a ServiceNow Architect who can design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with best practices, while also providing technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform
Develop architectural blueprints and functional designs
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications
Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet future needs
Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, from initial concept to deployment
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules
Ensure the integrity and health of the ServiceNow platform
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and development teams
Act as a technical resource for resolving complex issues
Drive standardization and best practices within the ServiceNow environment
Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure alignment
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and validate solutions
Effectively manage key internal stakeholders
Establish and manage ServiceNow technical governance and standards.
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
Experience in a customer-centric support role, preferably in environment providing IT services
A detailed understanding of the user / business function, work process and key business outputs
Detailed understanding of ITIL processes and application
Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations
Experienced as an Architect in leading multiple Implementation projects in ITxM area and 3 complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow
Expertise ServiceNow deployments, integration with other third party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertise and merging multiple instances
Strong work experience and associated for projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations and Implementations.
