Programme Technology Lead - Outside IR35
Up to £600 per day | London (1-2 days per week onsite) | Must be eligible to work in the UK
We are looking for an experienced Programme Technology Lead to join a large-scale programme on a contract basis (Outside IR35). Ideal candidates will have experience in financial services, retail, or software industries and a strong technical background, particularly within the Microsoft stack (D365 F&O, Commerce, CE). Experience with Adobe is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring seamless communication across teams
Engage effectively with third-party stakeholders and internal teams
Work closely with the Enterprise Architect, delivering against a structured programme of work
Provide infrastructure knowledge, with a strong focus on security, integrations, and environment management
Understand Azure DevOps and how it supports delivery processes
Support the transition from BAU to programme work and back to BAU
Identify and manage changes to the current IT operating model
Ensure technical projects are successfully reintegrated into business as usual
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in IT consulting or programme delivery
Strong stakeholder management and engagement with third parties
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Technical background preferred, particularly in Microsoft technologies
Experience working on large-scale IT transformations
Start date: ASAP
Rate: Up to £600 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: Hybrid - 1 to 2 days per week in London
