For our Services Division, we are looking for a Virtual Sales Representative who works for Belgium, reporting to our office in Uccle, Brussels.
As a Virtual Sales Representative for Secure Power Services, you will maximize services revenue by building and nurturing strong relationships with customers and managing their requests and leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and qualify opportunities in Salesforce.
Collaborate with the Quotation team to create offers and send to customers.
Document all customer interactions and activities in Salesforce.
Identify additional sales opportunities (up-sell & cross-sell) and track in Salesforce.
Maintain and update customer data and their installed base.
Ensure compliance and adhere strictly to processes, rules, and authority delegations.
Manage risks related to sales, coordinating with Legal on Terms & Conditions.
Secure new contracts to drive growth.
Qualifications:
Experience: Between 2-5 years of experience in similar roles.
Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Commerce Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Service Engineering, Law or equivalent field.
Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French plus English. Proficient in the other national language.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Teamwork: Strong ability to work collaboratively and influence others.
Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM tools.
Other Skills: Autonomy, proactivity, prioritization, and self-initiative.
