We’re hiring a German-speaking Solution Sales Manager to join a cutting-edge, B2B-focused team at the forefront of the division. If you're passionate about partner-led sales, tech innovation, and working with top-tier clients, this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities: As a Solution Sales Manager, you’ll play a critical role in the partner-first sales ecosystem, collaborating with gold-tier technology partners to drive adoption, revenue, and innovation.


Your day-to-day will include:
Building & Maintaining Partner Relationships: Foster deep, strategic relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with shared goals and identifying mutual growth opportunities.
Partner Enablement: Deliver training, product demos, and sales enablement materials that help partners effectively position and sell our tech solutions.
Sales Support & Collaboration: Co-sell alongside partners, support complex deal cycles, and join client presentations to drive successful closures.
Marketing & Demand Generation: Collaborate on joint marketing efforts, run campaigns, and represent the company at internal and external partner/industry events.
Feedback & Insights: Act as a feedback conduit between partners and internal teams, providing insights on market conditions and customer needs.
Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales pipeline forecasts and performance reports, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Must-Have Skills:
Fluent in both written and verbal German – this is essential and used daily.
Strong Salesforce skills – managing pipeline, reporting, and partner activities.
Experience in outbound prospecting – driving leads and supporting partner sales teams.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience fast-paced tech environment.
Exposure to Mixed Reality / Virtual Reality solutions and ecosystems

Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports. Ensure that the creation of new visualisations does not negatively impact existing semantic models. Develop and deploy dimensional semantic models and scalable dashboards with the help of developers. You will need the knowledge of warehousing principles in order to do so. Job Summary The Chemistry Department at Charles River, Edinburgh is seeking a talented and flexible individual for a role as a Scientific Associate, initially offered on a 12 month temporary contract. In order to support our Agrochemical, Animal Health and Pharmaceutical Sponsors, the Chemistry department provides accurate quantification and elucidation of chemical structures. This is conducted as a key component of the full range of ADME, Crop Metabolism, Field & Veterinary Residue and Environmental Fate studies that we provide. The successful applicant will be primarily laboratory-based, supporting studies that involve analysis of drug, agrochemical and animal health compounds in complex matrices. These projects require the application of selective extraction methods followed by chromatographic-mass spectrometry techniques such as LC MSMS, LC-high resolution-MS, GC-MS(MS), SFC-MSMS and may include radio-chromatographic techniques. You may also support studies which involve the purification/isolation of compounds using (semi-) prep scale flash chromatography. Accurate data recording is imperative to ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies. We are therefore seeking a highly organised individual with an eye for detail. Profile And Requirements You will have excellent communication skills, working effectively with others to overcome scientific challenges and learn new skills. This role also requires the ability to work independently in the laboratory and be able to work flexibly across different projects as schedules require. Educated to at least Degree level in a discipline containing a significant chemistry or analytical chemistry component. A working knowledge of sample preparation and chromatographic techniques such as UPLC/HPLC/GC and triple quadrupole/high resolution MS is highly advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided.
